The cleaning solution is prepared on the job for each wash application.  
Multiple cleaning agents are combined to remove Stains,
Mold, Mildew, Algae, Pollen and Dirt. The solution Kills Mold,
Mildew, Algae which prohibits growth of that Unsightly Green Stuff on
your home or building.

We pre-soak the siding to loosen the dirt and follow with a Low Pressure rinse until the water runs clear on the surface. Surfaces that have an
excess buildup may require multiple applications of detergent for a thorough cleaning.

A similar process is used for Deck Restoration and washing decks as is for House Washing. Although the detergent is different than that used on siding, a pre-soak process is also used to lift Dirt, Stains, Mold and Mildew. Once the dirt has been washed away with a Low Pressure Rinse, the second step is to neutralize the detergent prior to the stain or sealer application. The
neutralizer deactivates the cleaning solution which is required by
many Stain/Sealer manufactures prior to the application of their product.
Product warranties are VOID if this step has not been taken.
